The architecture firm Otomi Studio, in collaboration with Tecnografica, has created a refined and distinctive project for the Art Square Residences, a trio of apartments located in Limassol, Cyprus.
This architectural intervention is characterized by the integration of wallpapers, carefully selected to enhance the interiors and create unique atmospheres in each space. In the living room of one of the apartments, the ‘London‘ wallpaper in its elegant Rose variant was installed, adding a sophisticated and contemporary touch that perfectly complements the modern design of the furnishings. Each bedroom, with its distinctive identity, was decorated with wallpapers that best express the style and essence of each space. One room features a dynamic and original graphic design: the ‘Tatakae‘ wallpaper, born from a previous collaboration between Tecnografica and the Japanese publishing house Kodansha. The ‘Sakamoto‘ wallpaper in the Beige variant enriches another room with warm and welcoming tones, while the ‘Honduras‘ wallpaper in the Beige variant adds an exotic and refined touch. Finally, the ‘Mame 32‘ wallpaper in the Green variant brings freshness and a sense of serenity to one of the spaces.
This project, signed by Otomi Studio, not only enhances the aesthetics of the Art Square Residences’ interiors but also guarantees a bespoke and exclusive living experience for the occupants.
