Architect and Home Stager Rossella Barrasso developed the renovation of Casa Scalzi, a vacation home placed in the residential complex of Opificio Appio, in Rome (Italy). In particular, Rossella Barrasso took care of the style of the house: the furniture, the accessories and the textiles, taking advantage of her double education in architecture and home staging.
The project has been studied in detail to ensure a welcoming and curated experience to the tourists. The apartment is a middle way between modern and industrial style, recalled by furniture and decorative elements. At the entrance the focus goes to Prisma wallpaper in Gouache color variant, becoming the background of the sofa. The wallpaper recalls the style and the dominant color of the furniture, thanks to its geometric patterns and its grey and blue shades.
The same graphic design has been chosen for the bedroom as well and applied back to the bedsides table, creating a common thread for the whole vacation home.
