Seafront Duplex is a two-floor house overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Otomi Studio was in charge of the interior design.. The Architecture studio decided to align design with well-being,creating an elegant and welcoming space..

The choice of both colors and coverings fell on earthy shades and wood,giving a warm feeling and a connection to the surrounding nature. In the same way, the wallpapers and the decorative panels were chosen following the same concept. Specifically, Tecnografica’s products have been chosen to enhance the living area,the master bedroom,the kid bedroom and theas a home office,.

home office. The living area includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room into one open space. Otomi Studio selected the warm- toned and wax-effect design“Laguna”for all the walls of the environment.. In the master bedroom, the bed is elevated to give the idea of shelter and to offer an even better view of the sea. The wall behind the bed is backlit by two Dècora LED decorative panels,calledTundrafrom Gaia collection. The geometric wallpaper”Archetipo“. has been installed on the other walls. The emerald green of the panels and the light blue of the wallpaper recall on one side the mountain forest at the horizon and on the other side the Mediterranean sea overlooked by the bedroom. The wallpaperSavana“has been chosen for the kid bedroom, becoming a perfect background for the play area and the inside of the walk-in closet. Last but not least, design ““Eva“ wallpaper covers all the walls of the home office in a delicate and refined way.
