The Middle-Eastern magic of New Carpet collection decorates the Enoha Restaurant in Como (Italy), thanks to etnic “Sinbad” wallpaper (colour variant: Original). The project was designed by Studio Paolo Albano, situated in Como. The selected finish is TNT, the technical wallpaper characterized by a structured spatulate effect.
The project, which stands out for its creative uniqueness, has been chosen to be part of the “100 Italian projects 2019“, the RDE publication dedicated to the most important projects carried out both in Italy and abroad by leading Italian personalities in the fields of architecture and design during the year.
In particular, the renovation of the Enoha Experience restaurant stood out for the perfect balance between the historical elements of the building, a former weaving mill, and the contemporaneity of the post-industrial style. The reopening of old skylights and the graphics of the “Sinbad” wallpaper take up ancient Persian carpets combined with the modernity of the ceiling vegetation and the use of ledwalls, thus creating a refined and elegant contrast.
