The project carried out by architect Francesco Cardano in collaboration with Tecnografica represents a refined interior design intervention applied to the staircase of a residential building located in Gravina in Puglia (Italy).
On this occasion, the choice of wallpaper fell on the ‘Kenthie‘ design by Tecnografica in its Beige variant, which was expertly integrated into the architectural space. The wallpaper’s texture adds depth and dynamism to the environment, with a pattern that recalls natural elements, creating an elegant and contemporary atmosphere.
he Beige tone perfectly harmonizes with the materials used for the flooring and the structural details of the stairs, which feature clean and glossy surfaces in neutral tones. The use of vertical wooden slats, combined with glass and soft lighting that delicately illuminates the surfaces, contributes to a refined visual effect, emphasizing the contrast between the softness of the wallpaper and the linearity of the architectural elements.
This project is a perfect example of how the thoughtful use of materials, textures, and lighting can transform a transitional space like a staircase into a warm and welcoming environment, with a touch of sophisticated personality.
